Games & XR Verband Mitteldeutschland celebrates its 5th anniversary

The Games & XR Association of Central Germany celebrated its 5th anniversary with a festive event in Leipzig. Among the guests were high-ranking representatives from politics, business and society, including State Secretary Thomas Kralinski (SMWA) and André Neumann, Lord Mayor of Altenburg. A special highlight of the evening was the presentation of an institutional grant of around 40,000 euros from the City of Leipzig’s Office for Economic Development. The association thanked its members, partners and supporters and emphasized that this funding represents an important milestone for its future work. Looking ahead to the coming years, the association will continue to focus on networking, innovation and strengthening the Central German games and XR industry.
